Brief History
Established in 1978, TELECOM and DATACOM have operated under different managements as divisions of AL-BASSAM INTERNATIONAL COMPANY (ABI). With the increasing convergence of both technologies, these two divisions has been merged in 1989 under our management structure.
Company is privately held by Al-Bassam family who also owns various other business in banking, construction and transportation sector. The Bassams has been doing business in the Middle East for many generations and have in-depth understanding of the local business environment.

Organization Structure
Service function is centralized in each branch. Customer service support is provided both at customer sites and in-house service depots through a call escalation scheme.
Finance, Personnel and Government Affairs departments are centralized in Al-Khobar.
ABI's technical and sales staff is drawn from the Middle East, Far East, Europe and America resulting in a broad mix of backgrounds. ABI's staff turn-over is remarkably low. Therefore the customer support is stable and reliable. Continuous training and the experience gained by the staff has resulted in a group of professionals who are capable applying a broad range of relevant skills to the demands of customers.
